This is the council's cycling page. It only has a very little information, but it does give contact details for the Walking and Cycling Officer, including the email walking.cycling@york.gov.uk.
Some of the council's cycling information is available on iTravel York web pages. iTravel York was set up using money from the government's Local Sustainable Transport Fund, as this 2012 video explains.

The council is working with York's bike shops so local residents can have a week's e-bike trial for free, as part of e-cycle switch.
There is also an offer of £300 off e-bike purchases, including the option of inclusive e-cycles from Get Cycling.
