It's 10 years since The Chimp Paradox was published, but I started reading it only 7 years ago. In the book, I learned about the discipline needed for success in achieving my goals - but too late to make me finish it faster.
The book creates a simplified model of the workings of the brain, then shows you how to use it to understand your behaviour, relate to other people, and achieve success and happiness.
