Stage 6 is one for the Emerald Isle/Birmingham

Ben Healy, the Irishman from Kingswinford near Dudley, scored a memorable victory from the breakaway on Stage 6 of the 2025 Tour de France.
As well as Healy, the break featured Quinn Simmons, Harold Tejada, Mathieu van der Poel and Will Barta. They were joined by Simon Yates, Michael Storer and Eddie Dunbar.
Healy made a break from the breakaway with 42km left. He built a lead of well over 2 minutes and soloed to the finish.
Next in were Quinn Simmons and Michael Storer, followed by the rest of the breakaway riders in dribs and drabs, including a tiring Van der Poel.
Van der Poel just did enough to re-take the yellow jersey from Pogacar by 1s.
There were no other significant changes in the time gaps on GC in the top 10.
