Nevers Before a Stage Winner on Stage 11

Soren Waerenskjold of Uno-X won Stage 11 of the 2026 Tour de France in a sprint finish at Nevers.

There was an early breakaway featuring Julian Alaphilippe, Nelson Oliveira, Anton Charmig and Mathis Le Berre.

Alaphilippe was dropped from the break on the final climb with about 37km left. The other three were caught with 5.6km to go.

It came down to a sprint, and Waerenskjold won it by going early and holding on. Olav Kooij was second and Jasper Philipsen third.
