Good Shop Sponsors Good Sprinter – Stage 5

As expected Stage 5 came down to a bunch sprint in Pau, and it was Olav Kooij of Decathlon who won it.

The lone breakaway rider was Baptiste Veistroffer of Lotto Intermarché. He was first at the intermediate sprint, and first over the only climb.

Veistroffer was caught with 14km to go.

Kooij was the first of the sprinters to make his effort, and he won with ease.
